How does it work?

We deploy an online ‘workplace companion’ for your employees. They can engage with this companion whenever they like to provide ideas, confidential feedback and thoughts free of judgement. We’ve taught our companion to ask meaningful, open-ended employee engagement survey questions and probe on areas of interest in a positive way.
We then apply advanced text analytics tools to collected data to classify feedback into different models to understand themes such as leadership, culture, learning and development. Changes in how people feel about these areas are tracked over time for the whole organisation. We can then determine what drives engagement and guide managers to action feedback.
